Chia Seeds have been popularized by a number of celebrity health advocates. Per 20 gram serving, Chia Seeds boast 3 grams of protein, 8 grams of fiber, and 4 grams of Omega-3 fatty acids. They are able to absorb 10 times their weight in water, providing a wealth of nourishment and a feeling of fullness and satisfaction. Chia Seeds also provide a number of important minerals such as calcium and magnesium.

Granola
Pour hemp milk into a bow. (*Hemp Milk: blend 1 c. water with ? c. ECO Hemp Seeds and 2 pitted dates.) Add to the hemp milk the chia seeds, cashews, sugar and a pinch of salt. Stir well and allow the chia seeds to soak up most of the liquid. Top porridge with your favorite raw and organic ECO dried berries or fresh fruit and nuts. Also great with almonds milk or your favorite nut or seed milk.
